Sadly Kurusu won't be in the game as far as i can tell. It was originally supposed to be the Johto Water typed starter pokemon.

So far all the betas have been redesigned into actual pokemon except for Kurusu and Honoguma so maybe this gen will have them.(Litleo might be a heavily redesigned Honoguma)
